A Message to our Customers

The Department of Homeland Security has named auto repair facilities an essential service. As such, all Tallman’s Tire & Auto Repair locations will remain open for business to help meet all your car needs.

The well-being of our staff and customers is our top priority, and we appreciate your trust and patience as we continue to adjust in response to COVID-19.

Cleaning & Sanitizing Policies

Tallman’s Tire & Auto Repair is taking the following steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers:

  • Frequently cleaning commonly touched surfaces
  • Requiring employees to wash their hands often
  • Providing hand sanitizer for employees & customers (as available)
  • Providing gloves to our staff to change out for each vehicle they enter.

 

Business Hours

In an effort to provide staff the appropriate time to clean and sanitize, all stores have adjusted their operating hours to Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm & Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Additional Customer Services

For customers who choose to visit our stores, we respectfully ask that they not linger in our waiting areas if possible and practice social distancing while at the store.

To limit personal contact, customers are welcome to use our Night Drop service or our complimentary shuttle service.

Yes, we are offering free shuttle service to all customers.

 

I’m sick. Can I still get my car serviced?

If you are not feeling well, please follow the CDC’s guidelines for what to do if you are sick.

If you or someone who has recently been in your car is feeling sick or tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know before we service your car.

 

Have any of your employees tested positive for the coronavirus?

At this time, no employee has tested positive for COVID-19.

We are encouraging all our staff to practice social distancing and good hygiene at work and at home.  All staff are monitoring their temperatures and employee absences are being monitored.

 

My car has a flat tire or won’t start. What should I do?

Give us a call! We’ll be glad to help. Depending on what your car needs, we will either send a team to you or have a tow truck come pick up the vehicle and bring it to a store.

 

I have to get my car serviced, but I don’t have the cash to pay right now. What can I do?

There are many community resources available right now to help with immediate financial needs. Please check your local city and county websites for more information.

What happens if there is a problem with my vehicle after its service?
